Samantha Brenden has recently joined our team at Kera Realty. Although Sam (as she likes to be called), may be new to our family of agents she is certainly not new to the concept of buying and selling real estate. Sam has lived in the Cedar Park & Leander area for over 7 years. Over the past several years, Samantha has been very active and highly successful in the real estate market. Samantha is a great communicator and prides herself in being able to quickly respond to her client’s needs and questions by keeping herself accessible.

Sam’s goal as your real estate agent is centered around one theme and that being to create and stimulate an atmosphere conducive to your needs when looking to buy or sell your home. Sam holds membership with Williamson County Association of Realtors. She believes in keeping up with the latest in the real estate business and is working on two designations, GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).

On a personal note, Sam is happily married with a 16 year old son. She has 3 Blue Heelers and has a special place in her heart for cats. She and her family enjoy the area lakes on their Sea Doo’s and rides in the Hill Country on their motorcycle.
